No Doubt's reunion has been thrown into doubt by Gwen Stefani's pregnancy, amid reports she won't perform with the band while she is expecting her second child.
The group was due to return this year with a new album and a tour to promote it. However sources tell OK! Magazine the singer is reluctant to step onstage while she is pregnant, after touring while carrying her 20-month-old son Kingston.
The insider says, "She's going to write a record. But she has doubts about going on stage again while pregnant - too much can go wrong."

Pop superstar Gwen Stefani is expecting her second child with rocker husband Gavin Rossdale. The happy couple is preparing to welcome another summer baby - a brother or sister for their son Kingston who was born in May 2006.
Stefani, who wed Brit Rossdale in 2002, is 13 weeks pregnant. Rossdale's father Douglas says, "They and the whole family are delighted."
Gwen Stefani Stays In U.K. To Her Support Husband

Singer Gwen Stefani has agreed to stay in London while her husband Gavin Rossdale attempts to launch a solo career in the U.K. The couple currently divide their time between the British capital and her native Los Angeles.
Now the pair look set to be residing in London for the foreseeable future while Rossdale puts the finishing touches to his new album - which is due for release in April. However Stefani is happy with the arrangement as it gives her more time to look after their 20-month-old son Kingston.
A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "Gwen loves London so she doesn't mind staying here while Gav promotes the album. After months looking after Kingston it's Gav's turn to go out and bring home the bacon."
Stefani and Rossdale recently denied rumors that they are expecting their second child together.

Pop star Gwen Stefani has denied rumors she is expecting her second child with husband Gavin Rossdale.
The Sweet Escape hitmaker fueled speculation she was pregnant after telling reporters she planned to "make babies" in 2008.
But the 38-year-old insists the comments were made in jest. Her spokesman tells Usmagazine.com, "She's not pregnant." Stefani and Rossdale, 42, have a 20-month-old son, Kingston.
